MILLET DELIGHT BREAKFAST 
1 1/2 c. millet
4 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Cook 40 minutes in double boiler or on high in crockpot about 1 hour. Add 1 cup coconut (unsweetened), 1 cup chopped dates or raisins, and 2 cups milk. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered or until browned.
