CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 can milk (reg. carton milk, measure in soup can)
Sm. can cashew nuts
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Mix half can of noodles and all ingredients. Pour in greased casserole dish. Top with remaining noodles. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
