CHINESE CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 tbsp. milk
1 can Chow Mein noodles, crushed

Place oil in skillet; brown beef, add seasonings, mixing well. Add celery and onions. Cook until tender. Stir in mushroom soup, bean sprouts and milk. pour mixture into greased casserole, top with crushed noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
