2 med. cans of Ortega chiles 1/2 lb. each of Jack and cheddar cheese 2 eggs, separated beat separated 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. milk Salt and pepper Wash seeds from chilies. Layer cheeses and chilies in baking dish. Add flour, milk, salt and pepper to slightly beaten egg yolks. Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites and pour over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
