SEAFOOD COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 qt. chili sauce
6 green onions
1 green pepper
1/2 stalk celery
12-16 oz. New Orleans mustard
1 oz. Angostura bitters

Chop all the vegetables very fine. Combine with remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator and serve with all types of seafood.
