STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 lg. bell peppers
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 lb. hamburger
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheddar cheese

Cut bell peppers in half and clean. Pre-boil pepper for about 10 minutes. Drain and place in baking dish. Mix together hamburger, onion, rice, salt and pepper. Stuff peppers and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
