CANDY/COOKIE TRIFLES | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch semi-sweet pieces 1 c. Spanish peanuts 1 c. mini marshmallows 1 to 2 c. chow mein noodles In microwave or double boiler melt butterscotch pieces. Stir in noodles, nuts and marshmallows, until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. They take about 30 minutes to firm up. Makes about 3 dozen. Chocolate or caramel pieces may be substituted for butterscotch. |
