ITALIAN CARTWHEEL 
1 (15 oz.) can Chef Boyardee marinara sauce
1 1/3 c. water
8 frankfurters
3 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. rice
3/4 c. pickle relish

Combine Chef Boyardee sauce, water and Minute rice (right from the package) in a shallow 1-quart casserole; blend. Split frankfurters 3/4 of way through. Fill with relish/mustard mixture. Arrange on rice mixture in casserole to form spoke of wheel. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Brown frankfurters under broiler.
