BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (15 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 pkg. (about 11 oz.) fudge striped cookies

Mix pudding with buttermilk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Add oranges and pineapple. Cut cookies into small pieces and fold into mixture. 1 or 2 cups small marshmallows may be added. This may be made the night before. Cover and refrigerate.
