BABA'S TURKEY BREAST 
Turkey breast
6-8 onions
1-2 cans mushroom pieces
butter
Water

Slice onions and put in roasting pan. Place turkey breast on rack in roasting pan on top of onions. Dump in canned mushrooms and their packing fluid. Spread butter lightly on turkey, cover lightly with tin foil, and roast at 325 degrees until done on meat thermometer. Stir mushroom/onion mix frequently and add water as needed to keep the mix runny. Remove tin foil last 1/2 hour of cooking. Serve the gravy over the sliced turkey.
