GRILLED TURKEY BREAST | |
2 lg. shallots 1/2 c. fresh orange juice 3 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 4 tsp. grated orange peel 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. dried red pepper flakes 1 (1 3/4 lb.) boneless, skinless turkey breast half Mince shallots and transfer to large plastic bag. Add orange juice and next 7 ingredients; mix. Flatten turkey breast to 1-inch thick. Put in plastic bag with marinade and refrigerate for 6-12 hours, turning occasionally. Barbecue on medium heat about 12 minutes per side. Baste with marinade as needed. Cover with foil and let stand 20 minutes. Slice diagonally across grain. |
