CHEDDAR CHEESE SPREAD 
1 lb. cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. green onions, chopped fine
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. Sherry or white wine
Salt to taste
Dash of tabasco sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Grate cheese and add onions, parsley, mustard and salt. Mix in butter, sherry, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until creamy; refrigerate overnight.

Serve with crackers.
