2 c. grated cheddar
1 can chopped olives
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped scallions
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on small slices of French bread or rolls and toast under broiler until bubbly.
