AUNT FLORENCE'S FRENCH TOAST 
8 eggs
1/4 c. half and half
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
8 thick slices French bread
Butter

Combine eggs, half and half, sour cream and salt. Beat until creamy. Remove crust from French bread, dip in egg batter, fry on both sides in butter on low heat until golden brown. Serve with syrup.
