CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
1 pkg. med. noodles
1 can button mushrooms
1 can stem mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimentos
Tabasco sauce (2 drops per layer)
Paprika - onion salt - pepper
2 tbsp. capers (optional)
Grated Cheddar cheese

Stew chicken in 3 cups water on low heat. Pull apart and cut up in small pieces. Make sauce of chicken broth by thickened with flour and seasoning with paprika, onion salt, and pepper. Make enough sauce to percolate through mixture, use mushroom juice also. Put layer of noodles, chicken, mushrooms, color with pimentos, in baking dish. Alternate layers until dish is filled. Pour sauce over all and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated through.
