BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
2 sticks butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 lg. bananas
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts

For crust, blend cracker crumbs and 1 stick butter. Pat into bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Beat together 2 sticks butter, confectioners' sugar, eggs and vanilla. Whip until consistency of whipped cream. Spread on crumbs. Split bananas lengthwise over sugar mixture. Add crushed pineapple. Cover all with layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts. Decorate with cherries
