BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. powdered sugar
5 bananas
2 c. vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed
3 sticks butter
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 bottle cherries
1 sm. bag chopped nuts

Mix 1 stick of butter with crushed vanilla wafers pat into pan (13 x 9 x 2). Beat eggs, 2 sticks of butter and powdered sugar for 15 minutes, no less. Spread over vanilla wafers. Slice bananas top evenly. Then evenly top with well drained crushed pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over the crushed pineapple. Top with cherries and chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated.
