CRANBERRY CONSERVE IN MULLED
WINE
 
1 c. red wine
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. mulling spices (i.e. cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
1/2 c. dried cranberries
3/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange marmalade

1. Mix all ingredients. Stir well and simmer for 30 minutes.

2. Turn off heat.

3. Let stand for 30 minutes.

4. Refrigerate and serve with Roast, Turkey or Chicken.
