EASY CHINESE TOMATO-SPINACH SOUP | |
1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sherry 1 tbsp. oil 2 c. water 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained, cut up 2 cubes chicken bouillon 2 c. shredded fresh spinach Sm. piece boneless sirloin in paper thin strips Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry. Add pieces of beef and toss. Heat oil in large saucepan. Add beef mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serves 4. |
