VENISON BURGERS 
1 lb. finely ground venison
3 tbsp. canned milk
Add as per your taste: garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
Onion salt
And/or prepared mustard

Form into hamburger patties and broil in skillet greased slightly with butter. You may prefer to cook over charcoal. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomatoes and sliced pickles.

This was simple and great. The taste of the meat was not gamey at all.

Something I did from a suggestion for beef burger was add a slab of butter in the middle of my patty when forming. This did make the burger moist.
