SPINACH CASSEROLE 
5 boxes chopped spinach
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 tsp. celery salt
Pinch of salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
1 can mushrooms

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Saute onion in butter. Add mushrooms, then spinach.

Mix Philadelphia Cream Cheese, spinach, celery salt, salt and pepper. Put in casserole. Sprinkle Progresso bread crumbs on top. Put in oven until heated through. Serve.
