SPINACH RICE 
1 can creamy chicken/mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped pimento to garnish

In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine all ingredients except pimento; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir in pimento and serve.
