AUNT BERTHA'S RICE DESSERT 
1 c. rice (2 c. for 10)
1/4 square butter
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows

Cook rice until completely done. Drain, add butter and marshmallows while hot. Cool then add pineapple and fold in whipped cream.
