Cook 2 cups of rice (1 more if you want lots dressing). Boil 6 eggs and chop up. Cook together 1 cup chopped onion and 1 stalk of celery. Pour cooked vegetables over cook rice. Save the stock where you boiled the onion and celery. Cool it good and pour over the rice.
Toast 6 or 8 slices of bread; crumble up and put in dressing with eggs. Add 1/2 cup milk and enough stock from the turkey to make dressing up. But not to make soupy consistency. Sprinkle some garlic salt, seasoning salt and salt & pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees or 375 degrees until brown.
