LAYERED MEXICAN DIP 
Lg. can refried beans
2 med. ripe avocados
Lg. sour cream
Pkg. dried taco sauce mix
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Sm. can black olives, sliced
1 med. tomato, chopped

Heat refried beans. Smash the avocados. Mix sour cream and taco mix to taste. On a platter, layer beans, avocados, sour cream mix, cheese, green onions, olives and tomatoes. Refrigerate until served. Serve with plain taco chips.
