LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. hot water

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Let cool.

3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
4 eggs, add & beat 1 at a time

Beat well. Add Jello. Mix thoroughly. Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Pour cake into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Take cake out of oven and immediately pierce cake with fork. Spread over top of cake 2 cups of powdered sugar mixed with 1/3 cup lemon juice.
