LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2/3 c. hot water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2/3 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted

Dissolve and cool lemon Jello in hot water. Add 1 package of yellow cake mix, oil and 4 eggs. Beat with mixer 2 or 3 minutes. Bake in tube pan at 350 degree for 50 to 55 minutes. While still warm, pour over the top the butter, lemon juice and sugar which have been mixed together.
