EILEEN'S LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
Lemon Duncan Hines cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Set aside and cool. Mix cake mix, oil and eggs one at a time and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Then add the cooled Jello, beat at low speed until blended.

Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. While cake is baking mix together the confectioners' sugar and 4 tablespoons lemon juice. As soon as cake comes out of oven, prick holes in cake with a toothpick, then pour frosting over cake and spread. Eat while warm.
