LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Deluxe Cake Mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 pkg. lemon Jello

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water and let cool. Beat first 4 ingredients for about 1 minute. Pour in Jello after it cools and beat another minute. Pour in greased cake pan (oblong). Bake at 325 degree for 30 minutes. When done, poke holes in cake with a big meat fork and cover with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. 4x sugar
Enough lemon juice to make it soupy

Mix sugar and lemon juice. Not real pretty, but really good.
