LEMON JELLO POUND CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. water
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix and Jello. Add oil, water and egg yolks; mix well. Fold in well beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

While still hot pierce top of cake with ice pick or fork and pour mixture of powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice over cake.
