LEMON POUND CAKE 
2 boxes pound cake mix
2 sm. boxes lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. apricot nectar
1 1/2 c. oil
6 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract

Dissolve Jello in boiling nectar and cool. Add this and the oil to make mix. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix after each one; add extract. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees in 3 loaf pans.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
