STRAWBERRY DREAM 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix butter, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Place in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When brown and crisp, press 3/4 of mixture into pan reserving remaining mixture for topping.

Place remaining ingredients except cream into a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 20 minutes. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour over cooled crust and top with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze overnight or until ready to serve.
