FISH CHOWDER 
4 lg. potatoes, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
2 lg. onions, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
Fish fillets

Boil potatoes, celery and onions until tender. Drain off most of liquid. Add remaining ingredients. Add small pieces of raw fish fillets. Cook at least 5 minutes. Thicken with a flour and water paste. Serve hot.
