KOSHER CHOWDER OR THE PRIEST'S
CHOWDER
 
Potatoes cut sm.
2 lbs. fish (cod)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
2 whole tomatoes
Onions chopped fine
2 sticks celery
Oregano, dill, garlic salt, thyme, pepper
Wine - white or rose - NOT RED

Simmer onions in wine until transparent. Put in fish, potatoes, celery, herbs, some water or more wine or beer. When boiling add sauce, soup and tomatoes. Keep cooking until it smells good!!!
