STEAK MARINADE 
1 c. soy sauce
2 lg. onions, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/4 c. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. seasoned salt

In blender, process soy, onions, garlic at high speed until mixture is very smooth (1 minute). Stir in Kitchen Bouquet and seasoned salt. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Marinade steak 2 hours at room temperature or 24 hours in refrigerator. Baste with remaining marinade while broiling. Left over marinade may be kept in refrigerator 3 to 4 weeks.
