CHEDDAR AND TURKEY PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 lb. ground raw turkey
2 c. mixed frozen vegetables
1 (11 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1/2 tsp. thyme

Brown ground turkey; drain. Add vegetables, soup, milk and thyme. Bring to a boil - reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into 8 inch round baking dish. Put crust on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
