APPLE AND CHEDDAR PIE 
2 c. apple slices
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Keebler graham cracker ready pie crust

Combine apple slices, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; mix lightly. Combine cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add egg and mix well. Stir in cheese. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Layer apple slices over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature. Also good as an appetizer. Serve thin slices.
