56TH STREET WALNUT RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
1/3 to 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce. Add nuts and brown them. Mix everything together and keep in double boiler until serving time. Serves 6. Wonderful with baked or broiled chicken and minted small peas.
