CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE 
4 sm. cans green chilies
2 c. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour

Layer chili and cheese in a 1 quart casserole dish (2 layers of each with cheese on top). Whip egg whites with 1 tablespoon cold water until stiff. Add egg yolks and flour. Mix well and pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
