EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. rice
1 lb. cut up chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. water (more if skinned chicken)
1/4 c. butter
Black pepper
Chopped onion & mushrooms

Butter 9"x13" pan. Pour in rice. Mix chicken soup, onion soup, water and butter. Place cut up chicken on top of rice and pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven, stir well and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
