EASY CHICKEN'N RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
4 to 6 chicken breasts (boneless works best)

In a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish, spread uncooked rice. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. In a separate bowl, mix together the soups with 2 1/2 cans of water. Pour the soup-water mixture over the chicken and rice. Bake covered for 45 minutes and then uncovered for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Makes 4 servings.
