HOLIDAY CLAM DIP 
2 cans chopped clams
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Dash Tabasco
1/2 - 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
4 slices American cheese
Paprika (sprinkle)
Parmesan cheese (sprinkle)
1/4 lb. butter

Slowly simmer clams (with juice) and lemon juice.

Separate pan - melt butter, onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, Tabasco until onions soften.

Combine both mixtures and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix well. Transfer to baking dish, cover with Parmesan cheese, American cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (toaster oven not recommended).
