MICHAEL'S ARKANSAS APPLE CRISP 
4 large apples, peeled and cored
3 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Peel and core apples. Slice each apple into eights. Butter 9-inch baking dish. Add apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine butter, brown sugar, and flour. Mix well. With hands add mixture evenly to top of apples in tiny pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350°F until dough is crispy (about 30 minutes) and enjoy!
