2 sticks butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Stir in cocoa, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread in pan (approximately 8x8 inches) and chill.
