QUICK CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 chicken, in pieces
1 can cream chicken soup

Mix soup mix with 3/4 cup water and pour over rice in Dutch oven or roast pan. Lay pieces of chicken over it. Mix together cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water. Pour over chicken mixture and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, 3/4 time.
