EGG NOODLES 
3 eggs
3 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs and water until thoroughly blended. Sift dry ingredients together. Then add to beaten eggs, small amount at a time, until you have a stiff dough. Roll thin. Cut with noodle cutter. Let dry a while. Then cook in broth 20 minutes.
