SEVEN-LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 c. canned whole kernel corn (drained)
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 c. onions (finely chopped)
1/2 c. green peppers (finely chopped)
1 lb. uncooked ground beef (I partially cook)
4 strips of bacon (cut in half-I partially cook)

Place rice in 2 quart baking dish with lid. Place corn next, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 1 can of tomato sauce and a half can of water over corn. Put in onions and green peppers next. Put ground beef in seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour second can of tomato sauce in and a half can of water. Cover meat with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered, then uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer. 4 servings.
