TUNA CAKES 
12 oz. drained tuna
24 saltines, crumbled
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper & salt

Mix all, fry in melted butter on medium light heat. Instead of tuna you can substitute salmon, chicken or tuna. Can be served plain or with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
