MACARONI SALAD 
16 oz. macaroni
16 oz. sweet relish (squeeze and save juice)
4 lg. carrots, shredded
1 bunch celery heart, chopped fine

DRESSING:

1 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. (or more) celery powder or salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all dressing ingredients, if too sweet, add a little relish juice. Pour into cooked and cooled macaroni. Mix relish, shredded carrots, chopped celery and add to macaroni. OPTIONAL: Finely chopped onion or bell pepper may be added.
