STEAMED GRAHAM PUDDING 
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. graham flour
Pinch of salt

Steam 1 1/2 hours.

BUTTER SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Mix and add 2 cups boiling water gradually and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add vanilla or lemon juice as desired.
